In a world that hates and fears them, the #FantasyComicLeague enters a new year and expands to 7 divisions to help protect the world and defend the Marvel Universe. To help in this feat @anthonybachman was tasked with leaving the #Midtown division to lead the new mutant powered division of the #DangerRoom. To ensure the safety of mutants and humans alike Bachman is joined by Trevitt @TrevittTrev, Daily @DailyXmenFacts, Robert @robertcyoung, and Swampy @swampy19. All powerful mutants in their own right, but together an almost unstoppable force for mutantkind.

In the inaugural month of the Danger Room our mutants combined for a league 2nd place score of 381 points, bested only by the upstart nation of Latveria. In total their drafted heroes made 124 appearances, saved 9 civilians, defeated 11 adversaries, teamed up a whopping 88 times and used their powers a combined 106 times.

Finishing out the 5 week month Bachman with 101 points took the first win of the Danger Room. He held and maintained the lead with the power duo of Rogue and Kitty Pryde who combined for a shocking 72 points though neither hit for the cycle. Robert came in a very close 2nd place with his 98 point total anchored by league favorite Old Man Logan and backed by a powerful 24 point showing by Falcon. Newcomer Daily joined in the full spirit of the Danger Room and put together a 77 point showing with his 3 mutant member team, but the star was a shocking display of 25 points from FF founding member the Human Torch. Swampy only scored 59 points with a grouping of league favorites Deadpool, Black Panther and both Spider-Men including Spider-Man Peter Parker the only character to hit for the cycle this month in the Danger Room. An unexpected low score from such a team of heavy hitters. Additional league newcomer Trevitt did not have Long Shot luck on his side and only amassed 46 points with his 3 old white men and one young Wolverine team.
