Spider-Man goes for another week at the top of the rankings, but Storm rains on his parade. In a Fantasy Comic League first, two heroes tie for the “Hero of the Week” title. Both Spider-Man Peter Parker and Storm appear in three books earning 10 points each and negating the potential tie breaker, so both receive the honor. Other ties permeate the top of the charts. Deadpool and Wasp match each other with seven points spread over two books each. Jean Grey, Rocket Raccoon and Wolverine tie for fifth with six points each, but Jean and Laura manage to do more in their own comics than Rocket does in his three. Up next, three legacy characters – Iron Man, Logan and Thor – tie with the OG Captain America with five points a piece. Rounding out the bottom, the Defenders sit this week out with half a dozen other heroes, while Jubilee, Fantasy Comic League oddity, nabs her first point thanks to a time traveling appearance in Old Man Logan.
Hero and power usages are a combination of all Fantasy Comic League divisions: Midtown, Multiverse and Wakanda. League participants should cross reference the official points with their hero roster and drafted powers for their heroes’ scores.
