Miles Morales sat in the top of the tier chart, K-I-S-S-I-N-G! While two spider-heroes shared a smooch on the cover of the most recent Spider-Man book, only one of them was on Fantasy Comic League Cloud 9. The young Spider-Man went back-to-back in securing a “Hero of the Week” title for the Champions. Miles scored nine points in three comic book appearances. Deadpool and Spider-Man split second place with eight points apiece, similar to how they split their star power in their team-up book. The Mighty Thor took a mighty fourth with seven points. Ms. Marvel and Wolverine tied for fifth place with six points, while Steve Rogers, Daredevil and Hulk tied for seventh with five points. Medusa led her Inhumans into battle in the latest IvX book and rounded out the top 10 heroes with a four-point finish. The Guardians of the Galaxy title featured a star-studded cast as 12 of the drafted heroes appeared in at least a cameo role in that book. Misty Knight popped up for just an appearance for the second week in a row, this time joined by Black Panther, Logan, Nova and Spider-Gwen.
Hero and power usages are a combination of all Fantasy Comic League divisions: Midtown and Wakanda. League participants should cross-reference the official points with their hero roster and drafted powers for their heroes’ scores.
