Oh man, Old Man Logan continues his hot start to the new year. The elder statesmutant completed an impressive month by appearing in three more comics and scoring a total of 16 points. He earned his second “Hero of the Week” title in three weeks. Just as impressive, Rogue finished second with a 10 point finish to the month. She scored an average of eight points a week in January, where she broke out as a true leader of the Avengers. Human Torch, another unsung Avengers hero, scored nine points and took third place. In addition to teaming up with Moon Girl in her own book, Johnny selfishly took center stage in the latest Avengers title, potentially to his own detriment. Falcon continued leading the disparate Avengers members, but took a physical break in his own book while mentally fighting some inner demons. Doctor Voodoo, another stand out member of the Avengers Unity Squad, had one of his best weeks with six points and appeared in the Falcon book as well. He tied with Clint Barton, both of the recently resurrected Jean Greys, and Wolverine for fifth place. Captain Marvel continued her out-of-dimension adventure in her own title and experienced an out-of-body situation in Jessica Jones. Despite sharing her body with Purple Man, she scored five points and did not have to share tenth place with anybody else. A group of heroes fought to be included in the power rankings but fell just short of the top ten. Five scrappy brawlers – Black Cat, Daredevil, Deadpool, Falcon, Hulk and Thing – scored four points apiece in their tie for eleventh place. The end of Phoenix Resurrection cooled the team ups down for the X-Men going forward, but Phoenix has already formed a new team of mutants to follow into February.

Hero and power usages are a combination of all Fantasy Comic League divisions: Asgard, Danger Room Knowhere, Latveria, Midtown, Multiverse and Wakanda. League participants should cross-reference the official points with their hero roster and drafted powers for their heroes’ scores.
