Spider-Man went back-to-back to end the month of January, and he’s got his biggest fan guarding his back as well! Peter had an impressive 18-point performance full of leading, saving and defeating to snag his second consecutive “Hero of the Week” title. Deadpool, Spider-Man’s team-up book partner, came in not terribly close behind, but his 12 point finish gave him a strong second-place showing. The totally awesome Hulk finished in third with nine points, while Doctor Strange took fourth with eight points. Sam Wilson and Thor, the kissing Avengers, tied for fifth place with seven points apiece. Moon Girl and Ms. Marvel, two of the most popular, new and young Inhuman heroes, tied for seventh place with six points. Daredevil, Logan, Storm and Vision tied with four points to round out the top ten in the final week of the month. Black Panther showed up in two books, but just scored an appearance point in each, capping off a month of him doing what he does best: standing back, analyzing the action and waiting for his moment to pounce!
Hero and power usages are a combination of all Fantasy Comic League divisions: Midtown and Wakanda. League participants should cross-reference the official points with their hero roster and drafted powers for their heroes’ scores.
